Job Description How does it feel to work on a team driven to make a big impact? Empowering.BAE Systems is hiring now for a senior level Quality Analyst to support at its San Diego Ship Repair shipyard.In this role as a Quality Analyst, you will:

• Develop and implement quality plans and processes.
• Ensure performance and quality products conform to establish company and customer requirements.
• Routinely interface with internal/external customers to ensure requirements are maintained.
• Perform investigations on discrepancies and makes recommendations for correction.
• Develop, implement and monitor the QA functional and program-specific metrics.
• Conduct audits on quality requirements and monitor performance for improvement.
• Maintain an effective Quality Control and QP-1 paint program. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Typically requires a High School diploma (or the equivalent) and eight (8) years experience in related Quality endeavors, or an Associates and six (6) years experience in related Quality endeavors, or a Bachelors and four (4) years in related Quality endeavors. Experience could include previous roles as a Quality Inspector, Analyst, or Auditor.
  • Advanced knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Items.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Navy Repair work specifications.
  • Highly effective communication skills; written and verbal.
  • Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office and industry related software application, including Adobe.
  • Able to support in a shipyard environment.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • ISO Auditor certification Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
