Job Description:
A company is looking for a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Specialist to execute their DEI strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Drive small to mid-scale projects and programs supporting the DEI
strategy
Assist with vendor management, project budgeting, and communication
on DEI matters
Analyze engagement and DEI survey data to set and execute DEI
goals
Required Qualifications
3 to 4+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in
DEI or people-related programs
Strong relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with
diverse teams
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
maturely
Passionate about DEI and eager to grow DEI knowledge
Experience in data analysis and synthesizing information for
program improvement
