Job Description:
A company is looking for a Directing Analyst - Racial Equity
Action and Coordination Team Strategy Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic vision and project management to enhance racial
equity work
Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders to address housing needs
through a racial justice lens
Lead and supervise REACT initiative staff and manage a portfolio of
impactful projects
Required Qualifications
At least 5+ years of experience in advancing racial equity in
homelessness response systems
Experience facilitating inclusive planning processes and trainings
focused on racial justice
Strong team and project management skills with diverse
stakeholders
Experience with governmental agencies or related systems
preferred
Special consideration for applicants with lived experience of
housing instability or exposure to the criminal legal system
