Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing and Payment Specialist to
support Financial Professionals and account holders in the
Multi-Life business line.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely billing and premium posting for group
and individual accounts
Manage suspense accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Communicate with stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and
support process improvements
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
3-5 years of related work experience in the insurance industry
required
Experience in Multi-Life processes is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel (beginner to intermediate)
Strong understanding of accounting principles for accurate premium
payment processing
