Are you an exceptional receptionist? Looking for a position with a
guaranteed predictable hours? We have an outstanding company that
is aggressively seeking a receptionist who demonstrates
professionalism in verbal and written communication with a strong
attention to detail. Must be customer focused and very organized.
Must be able to handle multiple phones in a fast-paced environment.
Looking for candidates with 2-3 years experience as receptionist in
a professional environment that are proactive, a self starter, and
very confident.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
?Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
answering or referring inquiries.
?Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with
procedures, rules, and regulations.
?Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and
communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
?Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed.
?Regularly schedule executives calendars and prepare travel
arrangements
?Ensure stock office and prepare conference room for meetings
