Start Time: 8:30

Printing equipment and supplies distribution warehouse is offering a long-term position for an experienced Customer Service Representative.

Job Duties:
--- Answer and direct incoming calls
--- Assist customers (clients) with calls
--- Perform general office duties: take orders, answer questions, will answer and direct incoming calls.

Requirements:
--- Computer Skills
--- Good phone etiquette
--- Good communications and professionalism
--- Experience in filing, sending emails, completing forms/paperwork, etc.
--- This is a long-term position, seeking candidates who are committed for the duration of the assignment.
