Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Creative Strategy,
Growth Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve creative strategy for performance campaigns,
ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and compliance
Define KPIs and measurement plans to improve conversion rates and
cost per acquisition
Manage relationships with creative agency partners and internal
teams to ensure effective campaign execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
12+ years of experience in marketing, with 3+ years in creative
strategy or performance marketing
Deep understanding of creative A/B testing
Experience with various paid social channels, particularly Meta
Proven track record of driving measurable conversion or revenue
results
