Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to
support the development and implementation of marketing strategies
for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising and
email marketing
Design and execute paid media strategies across digital channels to
enhance customer acquisition and retention
Measure and report on project impacts, optimizing campaigns based
on performance data
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or paid media
management
Extensive experience with key paid media platforms (e.g., Google
Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to
measure ROI and track KPIs
Experience with CRM and marketing automation technologies such as
Hubspot and Salesforce
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a
fast-paced environment
