You will be accountable for running subcontractor meetings and coordinating the subcontractors including the BIM model coordination.Responsibilities:

• Initialize project document logs (RFIs, Drawings, Submittals, etc.).
• Track status and obtain permits to ensure no disruption in the construction schedule.
• Assist Superintendent and Safety Director with the creation of a project-specific safety plan.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to create the Master Project Schedule.
• Assume responsibility for coordinating and tracking the distribution and storage of all project engineering documents, including: drawing sets, specifications, sketches, ASIs, permits, etc.
• Coordinate with the Project Safety Manager and Project Superintendent to promote job-site safety.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to maintain the Master Project Schedule.Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of Project Engineer experience in Construction.
  • California HCAI/OSHPD project experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites within Los Angeles County and the surrounding areas.
  • OSHA 30 Hour Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, preferred.
  • Salary Range DOE $75,000 - $95,000.The PENTA Building Group provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that is in good faith and/or offer for this position.
