Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of E-Commerce, CRM & Licensing to
lead their e-commerce, customer relationship management, and
licensing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive growth,
retention, and profitability
Oversee CRM initiatives to enhance customer experience and optimize
the customer journey
Manage licensing relationships and P&L for licensed fragrance
products, identifying new opportunities for revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science,
Engineering, or a related field
15+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or CRM, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
Proven track record with licensing business models is a strong
plus
Expertise with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms
Experience in scaling e-commerce and/or subscription DTC
businesses
