Job Description:

Hourly rate ranges from $19.28 - $19.48 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.Brand: Spirit HalloweenJob Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
Assist in the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales/profitability.
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Develop staff and control expenses and shrinkage.
Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.Minimum Requirements:
Minimum age requirement is 18.
Must have a flexible schedule.
Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Prior retail management experience is required.
