By leading activities such as budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and close exercises, using analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills, you will help shape the commercial success of our business areas for senior leaders and the sales teams. You will develop robust skills as part of this fast-paced function by interacting with a broad number of internal business partners and building interpersonal capabilities to drive profitability & customer satisfaction.Seeking a Senior Finance Manager who will lead a team of 2 within the Commercial Finance team to support senior leaders in data analytics, financial reporting, and forecasting processes to help shape the commercial success of the business. This role would suit an individual with a real desire to develop and succeed within a fast-paced, innovative global FP&A function!What you will do:

• Lead on monthly and quarterly business reviews to support the global senior directors and to identify actions to improve the business.
• Work with divisional counterparts assuring an alignment between global requirements and region.
• Support the forecasting and planning process in collaboration with Commercial leadership, Marketing, and sales structures.
• Support operative and strategic decisions and suggest corrective actions.
• Review appropriate commercial finance support mechanisms and implement change as needed.
• Provide a leadership role in initiatives that will guide and develop the team into a premier finance organization.
• Complete special projects as requested, such as Go To Market strategies and integration processes.
• Lead, develop, and inspire your team to meet the business and finance objectives.How you will get here:EducationBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting field. CPA, CMA, MBA preferred.Experience7+ years of relevant working experience.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Significant experience in a commercial FP&A role with strong financial competence and expertise in business engagement, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with large sets of data, with responsibility for the quality and integrity of results.
  • Organized multitasker: you prioritize your workload in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong team-building skills working with a diverse group of people, even if geographically dispersed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate analysis and recommendations in a concise, informative manner.
  • Excellent skills with MS Excel are required; Oracle, HFM/CMR, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) are preferred.
  • Self-motivated, higher level of flexibility, and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI).
