Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of FCC Governance and Bank
Oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of governance activities across the
financial crimes compliance program
Lead the AML/CFT and OFAC risk assessment process and manage FCC
projects and initiatives
Develop and manage a library of FCC training materials and
facilitate training for staff
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5+ years of AML/Sanctions leadership experience
CAMS certification or willingness to obtain certification
Thorough knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC
regulations
Knowledge of Bank Operations and Payments
