Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paranoids Experience and Enablement
Manager for the Cyber Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
Become an expert on Paranoid's services and make customer-based
recommendations
Support ongoing improvements to the Paranoids Security Review
processes
Act as the customer's voice to influence continuous improvement in
products and services
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in technical support or a related
field
Experience in an Agile product development environment
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
Experience working with software engineers and technical product
teams
Familiarity with the Jira product suite and Google Suite
applications
