Job Description:
A company is looking for a Delivery Director to oversee project
delivery for LLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to
timelines, budget, and quality standards
Lead a team of delivery professionals, providing guidance and
support for successful project completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and
drive process improvements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in a metrics-driven
setting
At least 10 years of experience managing teams and mentoring
others
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a
plus
Proven track record of delivering LLM datasets with deep
subject-matter expertise
Understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, and
deep learning techniques
