Dashboard & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and support data-driven decisions. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity, focusing on restaurant systems and property analytics. Cross-Department Collaboration: Support finance, marketing, and operations with data for menu pricing, labor, and guest experience. Process Optimization: Identify improvements in staffing, menu performance, and service efficiency. Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to support strategic planning and pricing. Property Development Analytics: Analyze property data to inform investment and project decisions. Predictive Analytics: Forecast trends, property values, and cash flow. Variance Analysis: Perform financial variance analysis for planning and operations. Training: Train managers on BI tools to leverage data insights. Requirements: Bachelor---s in Business, Finance, Information Management, or related field. 3 years in data analysis or BI. Proficient in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL. Familiarity with restaurant systems (POS), advanced Excel, and predictive analytics. Strong communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical teams. Experience in financial analysis and data-driven decision-making. Nice to Haves: Experience with restaurant/hospitality data. Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling.
