Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $165,000 to $200,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the development of annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and quarterly forecasts.
Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other key stakeholders.
Overseeing long-term budget development and cost management, implementing effective budget reporting and feedback systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve financial efficiency.
Evaluate potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on financial viability.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Assist to analyze, and support the execution of internal strategic projects, and M&A.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide insights to drive business decisions.
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel), financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting and accounting software's.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth.
Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates, including key trends and challenges.
Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business strategy.
