Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Account Associates to lead a
team focused on customer retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and motivate a team of Account Associates to enhance
customer retention
Collaborate with Sales leadership and other customer-facing teams
to drive strategic account planning
Oversee team performance, revenue forecasting, and manage staffing
and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
Five to ten years of experience in renewals, sales, or account
management, with at least three years in a management role
Experience in revenue forecasting and performance management
Proven track record in change management and business process
integration
Experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members
Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple projects
concurrently
