Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate Commercial Lines underwriting support
activities, ensuring service standards are met
Oversee training needs, quality review processes, and content
management for the team
Handle escalated situations and optimize operational best practices
for efficiency and consistency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
Four to six years of related experience and/or training, or
equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in managing and leading teams
Ability to develop and implement operational plans and
procedures
Experience in performance appraisal and staff development
