Responsibilities:
--- Develop strategic plans tailored for property management to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
--- Supervise property maintenance operations to ensure adherence to safety regulations for all properties.
--- Manage a dedicated team of property managers and maintenance partners to ensure seamless operations and high tenant satisfaction levels.
--- Conduct weekly team meetings to promote accountability and maintain high performance standards.
--- Utilize market insights and financial analysis to inform decisions regarding property management accounts, leasing strategies, and pricing.
--- Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors to foster a harmonious work environment.
--- Lead property management operations with effectiveness and precision.

--- Proficiency in effectively leading and managing teams is a critical requirement for this role.
