Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of marketers focused on customer demand automation
Own the demand email automation strategy and optimize existing programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience throughout their lifecycle

Required Qualifications

3+ years experience managing high-performing teams
3+ years experience in marketing demand automation strategy
Proven ability to innovate and execute long-term strategies
Strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
Experience with emerging technologies in marketing automation
