hear from you!We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Region
Sales Director (Hearing & Balance) to lead our field sales force in
driving revenue growth for our cutting-edge hearing and balance
testing equipment, as well as hearing and balance services and
supplies. The ideal candidate will focus on leading a top talent
team of district sales managers that are focused on expanding our
customer base, gaining market share growth, and implementing
consultative, needs-based selling strategies.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the field sales force within the assigned
region to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Ensure that all direct reports are well-trained and compliant
with Quality System procedures affecting product and service
quality.
- Provide sales training and development programs to enhance the
skills of the sales team.
- Act as a role model for ethical and professional behavior in
all business dealings.
- Collaborate with district sales managers, customers, and key
accounts to drive business development and close deals.
- Provide regular feedback to management on the status of new and
existing business opportunities.
- Develop and review annual and monthly sales forecasts,
operating budgets, and territory sales plans.
- Support Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance requirements
within the team.
- Coordinate with the clinical education team and field support
to align region's field efforts effectively.
- Manage territory effectively by ensuring field representatives
are spending time in the right places and for the right amount of
time to grow our business.
- Hold field representatives accountable for utilizing CRM
properly to manage their business and customer relationships
efficiently.Travel RequiredExtensive travel up to 90%.Supervisory
ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervise and lead a team by overseeing
hiring, training, performance appraisals, and conflict
resolution.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:Education and/or
Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college, MBA, or
Medical Qualification strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with 3-5 years in a
managerial role in hearing and balance industry.
- Proven experience in consultative, needs-based selling and
capital goods sales processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning
skills.Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a

TransparencyCompensation range: $120,000 - $150,000. Actual
compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience,
