Key Responsibilities
Optimize and standardize processes across services and success to
improve efficiency and customer health
Manage and optimize the technology stack for Customer Success and
Services teams
Own data reporting and analytics framework to drive decision-making
and insights
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in services & success operations in a B2B
SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with resource allocation and capacity
planning
Experience managing enterprise-grade Professional Services
Automation tools
Demonstrated track record in designing and optimizing service
delivery processes
People and team management experience
