Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Payor Credentialing to
oversee and optimize the payer enrollment and credentialing process
for its physician group.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and lead a credentialing team to manage payer
enrollment
Establish credentialing workflows, policies, and procedures for
efficiency and compliance
Oversee the payer enrollment process, including application
submission and provider communications
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related
field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare credentialing and
payer enrollment
At least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team
Experience in monitoring Clearinghouse activity and managing EDI,
ERA, and EFT processes
Knowledge of technology and software including Google Suite,
Monday, and MS Teams
