A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager (B2B
SaaS).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients via chat/email support and provide ongoing
solutions
Develop and maintain knowledge base to enhance support
efficiency
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and advocate
for product enhancements
Required Qualifications:
Experience as a Rehab Clinician (SLP, OT, PT, COTA, or PTA)
Highly analytical mindset with troubleshooting experience in
software
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
Highly proficient in MS Excel
