Job Description:
A company is looking for a Services Delivery Manager to drive
service opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and guide the quality of Snowflake engagements, ensuring
best practices in service delivery
Manage client relationships and project status, including
communication with stakeholders and tracking progress
Collaborate with internal teams on project scoping, estimating
work, and providing regular updates
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role with complex
technical projects
Proven track record of meeting Professional Services revenue
targets
Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or
Cloud fields
Experience working with senior-level executives in large
enterprises
Bonus: Experience in a client support or advisory technical
role
