A company is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to
oversee its technology strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inspire and manage a technical team to achieve technological
excellence aligned with business goals
Engage hands-on in code and R&D processes to optimize
technology solutions for scalability and performance
Identify emerging technologies in the payments space and propose
innovative solutions for organizational capabilities
Required Qualifications
10+ years in application development (Java), 5+ years in AWS cloud
hosting, and 5+ years in payment processing
5+ years in managerial roles
Proficiency in Postgres, Agile, SDLC, and git code management
Understanding of PCI 4.0 compliance requirements
Experience in setting and managing KPIs, SLAs, and metrics for
payment websites
