Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Academic Officer (CAO) to lead
its academic strategy and operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute a strategic vision for academic offerings aligned
with global trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand
credibility and grow the learner base
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, market
insights, and learner feedback
Required Qualifications:
An earned doctorate from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior leadership role within
online higher education
Proven ability to lead diverse teams in academic operations
Experience managing accreditation processes in a higher education
setting
A high degree of accountability and the ability to execute with
urgency
