Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote MTM Clinical Coordinator to
engage patients and support medication management.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to engage patients and prepare them for
conversations with pharmacists
Collect and accurately enter members' current medication lists
Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare
professionals regarding medication-related issues
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center environment
Experience working in a remote setting and meeting performance
goals
High School Diploma or GED
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
products
