Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Navigation Support
Coordinator to manage provider research and coordinate medical
services for members.
Key Responsibilities
Research provider accessibility and coordinate appointments for
members
Streamline member experience by managing logistics and
communications
Track and document actions taken using proprietary software
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Prior call center experience, preferably in an outbound production
environment
Exposure to medical benefits is preferred
Experience with inbound and outbound calling preferred
Prior experience in collections, customer service, or provider
services is a plus
