TrueCareJob Title: Clinical Pharmacist On Call - Not a set schedule but called as needed.We provide you with notice on the days we will need coverage. The days are random, not consistently needed on the same days. If you are flexible to work any day of the week and as needed, this is the job for you!!Location: Oceanside and San Marcos TrueCare's PharmaciesMonday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. We'd love to hear from you!Position Summary:The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing prescribed medications, drugs and other pharmaceuticals as needed for adequate patient care, according to professional standards and practices. In addition, the Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing patients and providers with therapeutic assessments and selected disease management, working toward improving patient and practice outcomes.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Clinical pharmacy residency or equivalent experience.
• Two (2) years working as a Pharmacist.
• Computer proficiency with Practice Management and Electronic Health Record systems, and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
