We provide an environment where care is as individual as you.Our therapists provide individualized care for each patient, including advanced manual and therapeutic exercise skills, as well as modalities.Every patient is seen by the same therapist, who in collaboration with the referring physician, designs and guides the treatment program. Moreover, the flexible and extended hours of the clinics allows for treatment times before and after work or school.Compensation:$85k to $100K per year depending on experience.Benefits Offered:Benefits package including:MedicalSimple IRA with 3% matchUnlimited CE allowancePaid vacationsProfessional Liability insurance paidTuition reimbursementMentorship 3-6 months, Free Pilates classes.Requirements of the Physical TherapistWe welcome new grads and experienced therapists.Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college.Current Physical Therapy license in California.We use WebPT.Job info and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:We provide outpatient physical therapy such as Skilled Manual Therapy of Orthopedic and Movement Dysfunctions, Skilled Therapeutic Exercise, Private Pilates Training and Group Classes, Pediatric Orthopedic Dysfunctions and Sports Medicine to a varied patient population from teenagers to geriatric patients.We are looking for a special individual who is kind and fits our values and who can work as a team - make each other's lives easier, and who will embrace change to achieve a better outcome, someone honest and transparent.You should make everyone you interact with feel significant and deliver your best in every situation.And lastly, strive for a healthy body and a peaceful mind.We will train and support any certifications that you desire.The ideal Physical Therapist candidate is compassionate, adaptable, personable, and a leader. We are seeking a goal-driven candidate that has the desire to pursue managerial/leadership roles and is eager to market themselves, the practice, and the profession.Your duties will include but are not limited to:Consult with patients to learn about their conditions and symptomsDevelop comprehensive treatment plans to meet patient needs and goalsAssist patients with the use of therapeutic equipmentTeach patients how to perform therapeutic exercisesMotivate, inspire, and encourage patients throughout the healing processEvaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans accordinglyComply with all state and federal regulations regarding physical therapyOCS is highly desired! But not required.
