LOVE CORN is launching its "Share the LOVE" Roadshows in Costco LA in September & October and we are looking for a Well Organized, Good Vibes, Positive Energy Leader to oversee our roadshows managing every detail A to Z
Hourly Base: $30 per hour
Hourly Bonus: $10+ potential per hour if reasonable sales goals are hit
Share the LOVE Roadshows Details

• Events every weekend in Sept and Oct
• 3 Day Events - Friday to Sunday
• Team Leader plus Two Brand Ambassadors Sharing Shifts plus one CDS rep
• 5k Samples Handed out per Day
• Avg we Sell 300+ Cases per Day
• Set Up - see pictures below - branded merch, our infamous Corn Hats & Positive Energy
  Responsibilities
  
• To provide the Costco store managers & employees an amazing first, second and final impression of LOVE CORN throughout the event
• Spread good vibes & positive energy with EVERY Costco Member who walks by
• Coordinate all logistics of event with LOVE CORN HQ Team
• Manage the schedule and logistics of a small roster of Brand Ambassadors
• Train the roster of local Brand Ambassadors and instill a Kaizen mindset of always improving
• Lead from the front at every roadshow day instilling best practice culture
• Manage budget and track performance of each roadshow
• This is a selling road show with goals and bonuses paid to roadshow team based upon results
  Ideal Candidate
  
• Super organized, obsessed with checklist and the little details
• Likable who can have easy, engaging conversations with managers, members and BA's
• Experience doing Costco roadshows
• Experience managing a roster of Brand Ambassadors
• You like selling. You get a buzz when you turn a soft no into, "wow this is great I will buy 2!"
• Available & Reliable - can commit to an 8 week campaign and be 100% reliable
• No drama policy. We are a small team, juggling 100's of balls and foster a drama free work environment
• Long term potential - if you are successful with the 8 week campaign there is potential for a longer term roleAbout LOVE CORN
