Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Ops Coordinator to provide HR
administrative support on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with HRBP and leadership on HR matters, including
recruitment and performance development
Manage the sourcing and recruitment process, including maintaining
the ATS and organizing employee records
Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and
assist in leave of absence management
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience as an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or
in a relevant role
1-2 years of experience with full lifecycle recruitment
preferred
1-2 years of experience managing leaves of absence preferred
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR Management,
Business Management, or Communications preferred
