This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, labor relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, talent acquisition, compensation, employment law, compliance, benefits and disability.Uses professional HR concepts as a seasoned, experienced professional to apply organization policies and procedures to resolve the full range of HR-related issues. Works on problems that are diverse and complex in scope, where analysis of situations require a review of a variety of factors.
