We're looking for a system administrator to help us provide support to IT systems for the warfighter.As a system administrator on our team, you'll provide system and network administration to Unclassified, Classified, and SCI systems. You'll ensure personnel with privileged access to SCI systems, whether system or network administration-based, shall have and maintain the appropriate certification corresponding to the highest level of their functions as identified in DoD guidance. You'll help clients overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your knowledge will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. Your communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and articulate their meaning.This is an opportunity to gain experience in areas such as virtualization, Linux, and macOS. We focus on growing as a team, so we'll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together. • 2+ years of experience with IT systems administration, including installing, troubleshooting, and debugging computer systems
• Experience with VMware products, including vSphere, vCenter, and vSAN and Veeam
• Experience with Linux, including RHEL, Windows, directory services, and PKI
• Experience with Red Hat Ansible and Satellite, and scripting, including BASH or Python
• Experience with the Linux command line
• Knowledge of system engineering processes, procedures, and best practices
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED
• Security + Certification
• Ability to obtain Linux+ Certification within 3 months of start dateNice If You Have:
  • Experience with database management, DogTag PKI, or Distributed File Systems
  • Knowledge of PKI Infrastructure
  • Ability to work in all areas of system administration from client to server
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Technology
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Certification
