Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Software Developer responsible
for implementing software solutions with a focus on Java
technologies and networking components.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring
adherence to best practices
Analyze and optimize system performance for efficient resource
utilization and network performance
Conduct code reviews and establish quality assurance processes to
maintain high code quality standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in software development, focusing on Java
and network architecture or cloud deployments
Proficiency in Java, Redis, Lucene Indices, microservices
architecture, and RESTful APIs
Experience with cloud implementations, particularly Azure and
AWS
Proven experience leading technical teams and projects
