Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to
develop and manage their ServiceNow environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and administer the ServiceNow environment, assisting with
user adoption and training
Meet with staff and stakeholders to plan projects, provide
training, and discuss improvements
Develop custom solutions and automations throughout the
organization
Required Qualifications and Education
A four-year degree in IT or Computer Science, or two years of
relevant experience in an Administrator/Engineer role
At least one year of experience as a ServiceNow administrator
Ability to work autonomously within the scope of assigned tasks
Experience in a healthcare IT setting is a bonus
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, HTML,
JavaScript, Bash, or Python is a bonus
