The Digital Partner role is designed to bridge strategic vision with tactical execution, overseeing the development and delivery of key initiatives and products. They partner closely with functional leadership to understand their business goals and determine the capabilities needed to achieve their objectives. Responsibilities include:

• Engaging functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand functional improvement targets and organizational goals.
  
• Conducting market analysis to evaluate current capabilities and assess trends.
  
• Defining capabilities needed to achieve business outcomes.
  
• Prioritizing investments and initiatives.
  
• Developing the Digital Capability Roadmap for supported functions.
  
• Managing Epic lifecycles from inception to execution.
  
• Leading the creation of the Lean Business Case.
  
• Realizing Product Management Success.
  
  Qualifications You Must Have
  
  • 
    
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree and 10 years of experience.
    
  • Experience in an Agile environment.
    
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
