Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Counsel to join their legal
team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise product and engineering teams on issues related to content,
trust and safety, IP, and artificial intelligence
Interface with global regulatory agencies and manage litigation
matters globally
Oversee the company's IP portfolio and collaborate with the product
operations team on law enforcement requests
Required Qualifications:
J.D. or equivalent degree and admitted to the bar in good standing
or authorized to practice law
5+ years of experience in litigation and regulatory matters in a
law firm or in-house setting
Understanding of global IP laws, particularly copyright law and
regulations like the DMCA
Self-starter with the ability to achieve results in a remote-first
environment
Track record of effective risk management and assessment
