This role is ideal for recent law graduates, Post-Bar Law Clerks, or attorneys with up to one year of experience in employment litigation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies, represent clients in court, and gain valuable experience in employment law.Location:

• Beverly Hills, CADuties:
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
  • Develop litigation strategies for wage-and-hour matters in state and federal courts.
  • Participate in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations as part of a litigation team.
  • Conduct legal research and develop persuasive written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and receive mentorship in employment litigation.Requirements:
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in employment litigation, including wage-and-hour cases.
    • Admission to the California Bar or pending admission is required.
    • Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
    • Ability to develop litigation strategies and work effectively in a team setting.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to delivering excellent legal services.Education:
      • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.Skills:
        • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
        • Excellent communication and advocacy skills, both written and verbal.
        • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
        • Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior attorneys.
