Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel to join their Business &
Legal Affairs team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various complex contracts and ensure
compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Develop and implement internal policies and procedures for
compliance and risk management
Stay informed of legal developments and communicate legal risks
across the organization
Required Qualifications
Licensed to practice law, preferably in California or New York
7+ years of relevant experience as an attorney in a law firm or as
in-house counsel
Experience in corporate transactional matters and general
compliance support
Familiarity with telecommunications law and regulations
Knowledge of media, consumer, intellectual property, and rights of
publicity laws
