Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Lead to support a newly
awarded customer contract.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve technical problems and answer queries related to computer
hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems
Investigate and identify computer hardware and software-related
problems, documenting solutions for future reference
Communicate effectively with end-users and redirect issues to
appropriate resources as necessary
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of Help Desk experience
Active HUD Public Trust clearance required
