Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to
join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with borrowers to evaluate mortgage options and manage a
pipeline of purchase and refinance loans
Utilize advanced technology to qualify borrowers for various loan
programs
Establish and maintain ongoing relationships by delivering
exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications:
Recent mortgage loan origination experience (2+ years preferred);
call center experience preferred
Active NMLS number and compliance with all licensing
requirements
Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
Self-motivated and driven with a strong desire to succeed in a
sales environment
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with
competing priorities
