Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Activation Specialist to
support the launch and growth of the Private Listing Network.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with customer outreach, onboarding, and feedback collection
during the launch phase
Provide ongoing support to customers to maximize product value
Train agents and brokers on product best practices to drive
adoption and engagement
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or a
related role
Knowledge of the real estate industry, with experience working with
agents or brokers
Familiarity with Linear or other project management tools
Strong presentation skills with experience delivering product
demos
A personal sense of pride in work and commitment to customer
success
