Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Enrollment Specialist in
Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to educate and enroll members in the
program
Handle inbound inquiries and provide program information to
potential and existing members
Track enrollment activities and collaborate with other departments
to coordinate enrollments
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
2+ years of experience in the Behavioral Health or Health Care
industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to use multiple
applications simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a
distraction-free home office environment
