Job Description:
A company is looking for a Warranty Solutions-Bilingual
representative to support customers in the Home Warranty service
sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers and partners to provide assistance and
education regarding home warranty services
Handle service requests, verify customer eligibility, and dispatch
contractors as needed
Process plan payments and maintain accurate records while ensuring
exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a call center or customer service environment
preferred
Prior experience in claims processing is a plus
Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet
