Job Description:
A company is looking for a Flight Safety Lean Operations Leader
to drive lean transformation and continuous improvement within
manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute lean transformation initiatives to achieve
operational goals
Coach and collaborate with all organizational levels to enhance
lean culture
Facilitate Kaizen events and promote systematic lean practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or
college
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations,
and/or training
Experience with lean transformation principles and tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Experience in coaching and facilitating teams in a manufacturing
environment
