Job Description:
A company is looking for a LTC Outreach Specialist responsible
for assisting care/case managers with non-clinical activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist care/case managers by creating cases and events
Provide telephonic outreach to members, providers, and
community-based organizations
Handle member mailings and fax clinical requests on behalf of
care/case managers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in
healthcare preferred
Experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes
Proficiency in using computers and office software
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
