Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to
provide assistance to clients and ensure high levels of
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Answer telephone inquiries and provide exceptional customer
service
Document calls and educate clients on plan policies and
procedures
Resolve client drug benefit concerns and initiate prior
authorization requests
Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree
preferred
1 year of customer service/member service experience in a call
center or similar role required
Health care industry experience is a plus
CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification is a plus
Experience in a pharmacy support role is a plus
